Q. Why Golden Triangle Publications? -We have over 25 years experience and since 1988 Golden Triangle Publications has offered business marketing solutions and brand building. Q. How long will it take? -We ship your order within three working days AFTER your proof has been approved. Please allow for normal delivery time to your final destination from Auburn, California. We ship all orders USPS priority.

Q. Do I have to use your typestyles and layouts? -Our standard layouts cannot be changed except for your logo placement, choice of typestyle for "Imprint Only" and the qualifier in our standard typeface shown. Of course we can provide a totally unique gift certificate for your business--just about anything you can imagine. Contact us for details.

Q. What about reorders? -You may reorder at any time and the sequential numbering will continue. Reorder information is included with your shipment. We keep your logo on file for five years for your convenience.

Q. I already make my own gift certificates, why should I use yours? -Why not do what you do best--selling--and let us do what we do best. Besides, our system incorporates so many security features for your protection. Also, our designs remain the same--especially important for those with multiple employees, no matter what the turnover rate. This is important so all employees feel confident in the legitimacy of gift certificates when presented. In fact, this is one of the greatest features of our system. Many business owners have expressed frustration that the next time they head for the office supply store to "make" their next set of gift certificates, the very design they've used has been discontinued. Not with us.

Q. Will I see a proof? -Our preferred method of proofing is to send you a view file via email for approval. Every computer monitor displays color differently but you can still proof accuracy of information and layout. Just be advised that colors may shift when comparing your on-screen proof with the normal colors of your logo. If you prefer we can fax a proof. Obviously, it will not be in color but can still be checked for spelling and accuracy. There is no charge for the first proof via fax or email. If you would like an actual certificate mailed to you as a proof, please indicate that on the order form. There is a nominal charge for mailed proofs.

Q. Can I start with a number other than 1001? -Yes. We can start at any number you like. Please contact us to confirm a unique starting number. An additional charge applies for custom numbers.

Q. What are the payment terms? -We accept checks and charge cards. See the order form for details.

Q. What about email privacy? -Call us old-fashioned. We do not share your phone, fax, email or other information with anyone--period. We do not spam or send special offers via fax, email or phone.

Q. I'm one of many independent contractors working in a Salon. Can we share the gift certificate system? -Absolutely. The imprint and or logo on the certificate can be the Salon's and cover all who decide to participate. On the "value" line of the certificate simply write the service and the artist designated to provide the service.
