Special Offers Terms and Conditions of Sale

Advanced services will require client to revert to full service status and charges for those services will apply however, the special prices offered for printing will remain in effect as well as all the other terms below.

All proofing will be performed via the Internet using PDF proofs (JPEG view files may be requested).

Client is allowed two free sessions to make changes, additions and alterations to the initial proof. If necessary, the requested revisions will be made and a final proof sent for approval. Subsequent proofs for a third (or more) set of revisions will be subject to a nominal fee (currently $10.00) for each new revision and proof.

Upon your approval of the final proof, new accounts* must prepay, by CHECK only, before your job is placed into production/printing.

* New accounts are all first time clients or those who only ever pay with a personal check with each order. Paying by company check will establish an account with us after the first prepaid order.

All finished digital files (excluding logos or maps specifically designed for you) remain the property of Golden Triangle Publications. The reduced fee or free services provided under this special offer may be charged at a later date if additional services are requested to your finished digital file at a later date. See #6 below.

 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

1) Sale & Refund Policy:

All sales are final except as outlined in our "Satisfaction Guarantee." Print orders must be paid in full prior to going to print. Print orders will not be refunded after an order goes to print. Partial refunds or credit for work not printed will be given at our discretion. No refunds are available on orders unless work has not been started. You may be subject to a $20 processing fee for orders submitted but not printed.

2) Layout Proof Policy:

We are not responsible for the layout of the approved design work. Please proof read your files. We are not responsible even if your file contains obvious mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding postal regulations and mailing restrictions as they pertain to USPS regulations for the mailing side layouts for mailers.

3) Color Accuracy:

We can obtain 90% or better color accuracy on digital files. We cannot exactly match color accuracy and density due to printing process limitations but we will strive to get the best reproduction possible. We are not responsible for color variations between submitted images and final output. Keep in mind that there is a significant color difference between how computer monitors display color, how software applications display color, and how printers produce color - they may all be very different.

4) Indemnification:

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless Golden Triangle Publications from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against Golden Triangle Publications on any grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, on the timing and delivery of any order, or in any aspect of the content of the artwork or design. All logos, brands, and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners, and are offered as a convenience for their lawful use only with proper permission from the copyright holders. AS THE BUYER, YOU SPECIFICALLY CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE THE AUTHORIZED COPYRIGHT OWNER OR HAVE LEGITIMATE AUTHORIZATION FOR ALL SUCH USE.

5) Turnaround, Print & Delivery Times:

Print times vary but on average it takes five (5) working days to print an order and can take as long as ten (10) working days. Print time starts from the time you approve an order's PDF Proof or we receive a hard proof approval. Delivery times vary depending on location and delivery service. We are not responsible for turn-around times because of the time it takes to get a proof approved, unscheduled maintenance issues, and unforeseeable shipping issues.

6) Material and Samples:

All materials we create (excluding logos or maps specifically designed for you) in producing your order are property of Golden Triangle Publications. These materials will not be sold to any other party. We reserve the right to distribute free samples of any product we produce that may use your artwork, in part or in whole, for our advertising.

VERY IMPORTANT:

A subsequent or future request to send your order's graphic file or any individual components, complete or in part, will incur a fee (Except to our sister company, Uptown Signs & Graphics Inc.). Any services provided FREE or at a reduced price as a result of a 'special offer' at the time your order's graphic file or components were constructed must be paid in full at the current price for such services rendered at the time of file creation. An additional fee will be incurred for 'file retrieval,' and delivery to you or a third party. An additional fee will be incurred if the finished file requires 're-purposing' in any way, I.E., converting a business card to a display ad for another publication. Some of the rights managed or royalty free images may be subject to a previous licensing agreement, and may be restricted for use for any other purpose. Because we purchase the license to use only professional print industry typefaces, the actual typefaces used in your graphic file normally cannot be sent to you or any other party because of licensing agreements with the type foundries prohibiting their duplication or sale.
